We trust that you are adjusting to your new normal, in the way that we are at Trendco!

The Trendco Team remains immensely positive and although we are now all working from home we want you to know that we are still here to help, advise and support wherever possible.  

We are pleased to announce we adapted quickly to ensure our staff are operating safely from home and you, our loyal customers, are able to continue enjoying the same great products and services you know, love, and we are forever proud of. 

These are unprecedented times and like many businesses we are taking our ventures online during this period with plenty of new and exciting ways in which you can get involved with the #TrendcoFamily. We will be producing more informative educational guidance, videos, tips and hosting competitions to keep you up to date with the latest information relevant to you.

We understand you may have concerns regarding ordering online at this time and we hope the below will help to alleviate some of that worry.

What steps are we taking to ensure the safety of our customers?

We have temporarily closed all our Trendco salons and our team at head office are now working from the safety of their own homes. With safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our thoughts we have made the important decision to operate our warehouse with only one member of staff. With this in mind, orders might take slightly longer than normal to be dispatched and returns to be processed, but please know we are doing our very best to ensure orders are processed in the quickest possible time as we know how important these shipments are.

We also remain in regular contact with our chosen courier companies to ensure safer deliveries that protect both their drivers and our customer’s health.

I usually buy from or visit your salons, who do I contact now?

We are pleased to tell you that our salon professionals are still contactable on the following numbers (Click here) and that we are now able to offer videocall consultations for any support and advice if you prefer the more personal touch. Simply contact your preferred Trendco Salon as all calls are diverted to the salon manager who is working from home (hopefully with a nice warm cup of tea) ready to answer any questions you might have.

Can I still contact customer services and order by phone?

Yes, we’d love to hear your voices! You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Our reduced team are working remotely, from their houses and operating our normal business hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

What happens if I need to return something to you during this time?

Our priority, as always, remains the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We ask that you consider your own safety during this time before making any returns to us via your local Post Office. As such we have extended our returns time during this period to make allowance should you not be able to return items to us.

You now have 28 days to make your return without affecting your ability to gain a full refund.  If this changes we will update you accordingly.

At Trendco we recognise that our products are a necessity item for our loyal customers and we are making it our personal mission to ensure that we can provide normality during this difficult time.

We stand united with our NHS and by strictly following all the guidelines set out by the government we will fight and combat this virus together.
