We are very pleased to announce that we are back and fully operational!
Our website facilities are back to normal and our retail salons have reopened. Our top priority remains the safety and wellbeing of all our staff, customers and their families and we will continue to follow the strict guidelines as set out by the UK & Scottish Government.
Our customer service department is available from the usual phone number of 01273 774 977. In places, our team are working remotely, from their houses and operating between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4pm on Friday (except Bank Holidays). Now more than ever, the team are happy to assist with any queries you may have or take orders over the phone.
I do not yet feel comfortable visiting a salon, are you still able to help me to find a piece that is right for me?
Yes, we are happy to confirm that we will still be able to offer video call consultations for any support, advice or to take your order during this time. Simply contact your preferred Trendco Salon who will be ready to answer any questions you might have.
At Trendco we recognise that our products are a necessity item for our loyal customers, and it remains our personal mission to ensure that we can provide normality to those people during this difficult time.
We stand united with our NHS and by strictly following all the guidelines set out by the government we will fight and combat this virus together.
What steps are we taking to ensure the safety of our customers?
Aside from implementing strict social-distancing measures across all our sites and ensuring all team members are able to work as distanced as possible. We are regularly checking in with our warehouse to ensure that they are fit to work at all times and that they, themselves continue to socially distance themselves once out of the working environment.
We also remain in contact with our chosen courier companies to ensure safer deliveries to protect the health of both their drivers and our customers.
In order to ensure a safe environment at all our premises accessible by the public, we have carried out a full risk assessment and have put in place new procedures and protocols. Here is a link to our promise and commitment to our customers. This will give you a clear understanding of the new steps so when you visit any of our salons you will know what to expect. An important change is that for now you are required to book an appointment as we do not currently allow any walk in’s.

If you ordered an item over the phone or online and need to return it to us, you still can as long as you let us know within 14 days of making the purchase and return the item within 14 days after you have contacted us. You should have been provided with a Returns Form in the box with your purchase.
