Hello and a warm welcome welcome to TAG - Trendco Alopecia Group. Trendco's new interactive site for people affected by Alopecia.

My name is Lana, I will be managing the site and will be your main point of contact. I have been working at Trendco since August 2007, and originally started as a member of the customer service team. In this role, I spent countless hours speaking to members of the public seeking advice and information regarding hair loss and gained an understanding of how difficult and upsetting it can be for people, although never having experienced it for myself. I also learned how life changing it can be for people when they find a solution or even their "perfect wig" and how it can regain someones confidence instantly. I am now currently the Marketing Assistant forTrendco, where I still interact with people affected with hair loss, but also work closely with our five nationwide salons, helping to raise awareness of Alopecia, hair loss in general, launching new products and promoting Trendco and of course TAG!

Trendco decided to launch TAG initially following feedback from our very many Alopecia clients. We realised we are in a unique position to be able to offer one necassary support and information to those living with Alopecia. Trendco understand hairloss can be a sensitive subject and hope to provide as much awareness and support as possible, by getting people to discuss and share their own experiences with each other and us. We hope TAG with just do that!

 TAG has three main sections to it;

TAG BLOG - I will be writing a regular blog for you guys to read. I will be keeping you informed with any new developments or news from around the world on Alopecia, new product launches and news updates from Trendco.......and anything else I may feel like discussing!! :)

TAG FORUM - This gives you the chance to have your say! The forum enables members to talk to other people, discuss your own experiences, help others who may be in need of advice or just to make friends! At the moment there are five discussion topics for you to get your teeth into!! NOM NOM!!! Please add more if you wish!

TAG QUESTIONS - TALK TO ME!! This is the fantastic instant messaging component that we are really excited to offer. If you need a question answering whilst online or you just want to chat then this is the facility for you, all you have to do is hit the orange speech bubble! In the future, we will be inviting medical professionals, members of our own Trendco technical team and other people that may be benefical to you for a live Q & A sessions. We'll always post news on any live chats in advance so keep your eyes peeled.

To be apart of TAG, all you have to do is create an account and profile, which enables you to join in on forum discussions, comment on blogs or just generally voice your opinion. If you already have an online Trendco shopper account , you are able to use the same login details for TAG and vice versa to buy online at www.trendco.co.uk It is as easy as ABC so hurry and join the TAG team today!!
