MAIL-ORDER TERMS OF SUPPLY
The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours, for any items which are not in stock at the time of ordering we aim to get these to you within 7 to 10 days. Our mail order and internet service gives you the opportunity to try on your purchase in the privacy of your own home in your own time.

Trendco offer a 28 day return of goods service; giving you plenty of time to decide on your purchase and also to get a second opinion from family and friends.
Goods will only be accepted back if they meet the following criterea:

1) Goods to be returned within 28 days of invoice date.

2) Goods to be returned in the same condition as supplied and packaged.

3) Goods to be returned with a completed Trendco returns form.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If any of the above is not followed, Trendco reserve the right to deduct 10% administration fee to recover its costs of handling returned goods.
