How long will my delivery take to come?
If you place your order by 3pm, you will receive it within 1-2 working days between 9am-6pm. If you live in Ireland or "rest of world", delivery times can vary.
How much is your delivery charges?

What courier service do you use?
We use Interlink as our main courier service for mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We also use DHL INT for southern Ireland and rest of the world.
What is your returns policy?
We understand that sometimes you may order a style or colour which you feel like is not suited to you. All goods must be returned to the address on the returns form within 28 days of the invoice date.
A refund will be given using the original method of PayPal except the postage and packing charge. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been actioned. Please follow the instructions on the email to retreive your refund.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style/colour, there is a section on the returns form for you to state your return. We will contact you regarding any monies owed or needs crediting.
Returns and exchanges can take 3-5 days to be processed.
Please ensure all items come back with the correct packaging otherwise a 10% admin fee may be deducted from your refund. Any returns need to be paid for by the orderer and we reccommend using the post office to post back any items.
I don't want to pay by PayPal. Can I pay by my debit/credit card?
We use PayPal as a money transferring platform only. You can pay by PayPal if you wish but you can pay by debit/credit card also. When you have completed your order, the page will refresh to PayPal's website, here you can either log in to PayPal or click on "Don't have a PayPal account?", this will open up card detail fields where you can pay by using your card.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
What if an item I want is not in stock?
If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will place it on "backorder" for you. This means that we will order the item directly from our factory/suppliers. We will contact you as soon as possible explaining that your item is out if stock and advising you of an expected delivery date.
Do I need to make an appointment at one of your salons?
Yes. All Trendco salons generally run on an appointment basis only, however they do try to accommadate "walk in" appointments when they can. The need for an appointment is so that the stylist can spend quality time with each client. Please call your nearest Trendco salon for appointment availability.
What is a "Ready to Wear" wig?
"Ready to Wear" means that the wigs have been pre-cut and styled by the designer of the wig. They do not need any cutting but we do offer a personalisation service in all of our salons to ensure each wig is styled for the individual.
What is "Monofilament"?
"Monofilament" is the material on the top of the inside base of the wig that gives a natural looking skin top. Monofilament comes in either single or double layer construction. Wilh a Monofilament top, you can change the parting of the style to suit.
Do I need to wear a wig cap underneath my wig?
A wig cap is optional. It can be used to wrap up the existing hair or to act as a barrier against the wig.
How does a wig stay on?
The wig will stay on by itself but for extra security tighten the adjustor straps at the nape. If you have hair underneath or wear a wig cap, anchoring the wig and hair/wig cap with a grip can also help or if you have total hair loss, using double sided tape will also secure it.
How do I put my wig on properly?
The two important rules for putting on your wig correctly are to position the wig line at the front 4 fingers width from your brow bone and to ensure the tabs on each side of the wig are evenly positioned so the wig is straight. Hairpieces require a little practice.
Will wearing a wig stop my hair from growing back?
No. A wig will not prevent your hair from growing back. However, if glues are used then please seek advice from your stylist.
Can I swim and excerise in my wig/hairpiece?
We reccommend you wear an old wig/hairpiece to swim in. If not, rinse it immediately after.
Can I sleep in my wig/hairpiece?
We do not reccommend this, it will cut the lifespan of the wig/hairpiece in half.
I have a long wig, can I wear it up?
You can wear the hair up, just keep it loose to avoid showing and joins or edging. Be careful when removing any hair accessory.
Can I use any brush?
We reccommend using a soft brush, not a fine comb.
Can I use heat on my fibre wig/hairpiece?
Never use heated apppliances, this will burn the fibre. Our Sentoo Premium Plus collection allows you to apply some heat as it is Flexi-Fibre.
How do I take care of my fibre wig/hairpiece?
For best results, we reccommend that before and after you wear the wig, lightly spray T-Range Fibre Soften N Conditioner on the hair. If worn daily, wash your wig/hairpiece every 7-10 days with T-Range Fibre Shampoo. Never wash in hot water. Fibre hair wigs/hairpieces need to be replaced every 3-6 months depending on how often you wear it. For full washing instructions, please click here
Does Fibre hair fade?
The fibre will eventually dull with age but does not fade. You are unable to tint/dye fibre hair wigs/hairpieces.
