your order. If you are a regular wearer or repeat customer, we can also recommend

there to guide you all the way. They can help you with all sorts of enquiries from
colour choice to aftercare.
All mail orders are processed efficiently with a next day courier service, when
items are in stock. You can try on your purchase in the privacy of your own home
in your own time. There is a 28 day return of goods service, so there is plenty
of time to decide on your purchase. This way you can also get a second opinion from
your family and friends.
When ordering from the internet, just like mail order, you have a 28 day return
of goods service where you can exchange or refund until you find the perfect style.
Ordering over the internet is fast and secure and providing it is in stock, your
order will be delivered within 24-48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will
get in touch with you to let you know and give you an approximate date. All parcels
are sent by our courier Initial City Link and delivery in the UK is usually next
working day between 9am and 5:30pm.
